Donors can request a refund in some circumstances such as error during donation process, duplicate donations, processing errors, or donation made under fraudulent circumstances. It is important to read and accept the term and conditions before initiating the refund request. It will take at least 3-5 business days to process the refund request. It is important to note that a refund request should be made within a week after the event, any request made after the given timeframe will not be accepted. To request for a refund, please contact our team,  or check  our website, there must be an option to fill the form for refund request and submit it online on our website. After processing the refund request, money will be transferred directly to the original payment method.
